Oh, you thought we were finally finished with the Strawberry Mania?! Not so fast! There’s one more fun & delish idea I’d like to share with you. It’s hot out, we crave refreshing and chilly sweets…what’s better than a perfect Ice Cream Sandwich? I know – a perfect Strawberry Ice Cream Sandwich!! I used the last of my Strawberry Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (recipe Here), baked a batch of my favorite Sugar Cookies (recipe Here, but feel free to use your favorite cookie recipe for this!) – and BAM, here they are. They’re soft, they’re gooey, they’re sweet and chilly. Ok, time to eat.
