Move over, Tangerine!! Pantone has officially declared Emerald Green as the color of 2013. To me, Emerald is a deep, elegant, and sophisticated hue. It also relates back to nature, which makes it so calming and fresh. Oh, and it happens to be May’s Birthstone – which makes it my Birthstone – yay! In the Middle Ages, Emeralds were believed to hold the power to foretell the future – hmmm. What’s your take on Emerald Green? Love it or hate it?

I love it! Especially for men. Roberto Cavalli made sickenly beautiful emerald-ish menswear, as well as Gucci for next spring. I’m feeling a little Irish Pride(although I’m not, my sister is half tho).
