Thanksgiving. The Holiday of being thankful major gluttony is almost upon us, people! This means, my mind immediately goes to “what’s for dessert?!?” While a great Pumpkin Pie is one of my all-time faves, I decided to switch things up just a little bit this year. And so I give you what may be the best Holiday cake I’ve ever made/eaten! This Bundt Cake is moist, rich, and it has all of the spiced pumpkin goodness we crave around this time of the year. Try it simply dusted with powdered sugar…or lightly drizzle the cooled cake with an easy glaze of equal parts skim milk & powdered sugar. Or go for both, like I did! This one will make everyone around your table happy & smiley. Promise.

    Made this for Thanksgiving. No one else got to eat it because I came down with strep, but it taste amazing to me! (And I got to have it all to myself, so there’s that… :D)

    Easier than I thought and fun to make. I really enjoyed this recipe, so thanks for posting!!
