Lemon, Ricotta, Almonds…it’s a classic Italian combination, and a majorly delicious one at that!! This light, naturally gluten-free, and insanely delicious tart is one of my all-time favorites. It travels well, and stays moist and delicious for several days, so leftovers will be just as yummy as the first bite. This would make a wonderful Holiday Dessert – just look at it! It’s like a giant fluffy snowflake! Try it for one of your Holiday Parties (or even for Christmas) this year – everyone will love it.
